Out of the 10 to 30,000,000 Iraqi's we're seeing around 1 or 2 attacks (sometimes successful) on Americans a day.
I would venture to say that the amount of Iraqi's that don't want us there, just based on that little piece of evidence (even if it was 50 attacks a day!) is extremely low compared to the population of people who are either indifferent, neutral, or love us there.
If the majority didnt want us there, we'd see THOUSANDS of attacks every single day, and hundreds of casualties every single day.
