If you see fluid on either axle-then the chances are good that the shaft to case seals need replaced. This is a common issue when the shafts are pulled out and reinstalled. Some people are not real careful and the seal can be cut.
im pretty sure thats what it is then, and i know the axles were removed by the previous owner. do i have to crack open the trannie to replace those seals, or can i install them just by pulling the axels?
