I found a crack in my manifold on my 95 EX when I was trying to get the O2 sensor out (which broke off by the way). Instead of wasting money on more stock parts, I decided to just spend $120 and get a Chikara header ( http://store.summitracing.com/partde...rt=HED%2D37030 ). Some say they perform no better than stock while others say you should see some small gains, but at the very least they weigh a lot less (like around 20+ lbs less) than the stock setup!
