yeah, the y7 headers are total crap. EVERYONE I have ever met with a y7 has or had this problem. If you have under 80k miles, honda will gladly fix it according to the recall, but alas, I didn't know until after the fact :upset:

actually, the y7s have two cats. Theres one in the header, and one under the car. There's two o2 sensors, as well. From my understanding (reliable source), the ex shit will bolt right on, and even if you have a hanging sensor (which you will if you do an ex swap), there shouldn't be any problems.

but then again, I've been driving with this header like this forever h: I'm in no real hurry to fix it, really. But then again, I don't smell exhaust..... yet....
