On a stock H22 block you should be able to put out at least 260 hp to the wheels if not more, given proper tuning of course. I don't know if that's quite enough to break into the 12s but it should be deep into 13s.
Thanks Mike, that'll settle me for now. 13 is my goal with a stock block. If I have some money, i'll be able to afford a machine job + rebuild.
