first off, not an idiot, LOL, but I had an incident over the summer happen to me. Earlier that day, I spent about 7-8 hours driving total, and was dead tired when I got home. I went to bed about 11pm, and had to get up at 7am for work. I have a pager alarm, and keep it next to my bed every night. At 3am that morning, my alarm starts going off, and the pager is beeping and vibrating like crazy. I am dead tired, and can barley close my eyes. I try turning the alarm off, cause I want to go back to bed, but can't. So I pick it up, run to the window facing the street with the remote in hand. I try looking out the window, all squinty eyed, but don't remember anything. I turn the alarm off. My mom comes running into the room, and looks out the window. I run back to my room, get some shoes on, grab a flashlight, and head outside. My brother joins me, and we look over the car. Looks fine, no damage. Some neighbors woke up too, cause the alarm is pretty loud.

My mom said she saw a dark colored SUV drive off when I went to the window, and turned the lights on. I am dead tired, and head back to bed. Wake up the next morning, and it seems like one big dream. Check the car, and they apparently pulled two wires off me strobe lights mounted on the front bumper lights out. The wires are pulled out from under the car, and are coming out from under the bumper. They stripped a little off both wires. Not sure what they were trying to do, I'm thinking dumb enought to think those were alarm wires. Anyway, they somehow set the alarm off, which woke me up. Also have an autolock on the car, so that was defense #2. After that incident, I bumped up the security on my car a little bit more. I always try to keep a watchful eye on it.

Well thats my story, but I want to get a gun when I become of age, because its times like that that I want a gun.
