no, no. im not an idiot. i mean, taking it over redline would be entirely stupid, because the powerband would certainly drop off, and it just isnt good for the engine.

on second thought, could not having a seal around my hood, and little droplets of water coming in to my intake be causing it? ...or maybe even a faulty ecu? i know my ecu isnt stock, it could be running my engine too hard or something, im not sure.
