http://www.helminc.com) are indeed the best. They DO show the torque spec for every bolt. However, they DON'T show the part numbers for every part. For that, you will need to get a copy of the parts manual or parts fiches from a dealership. If there's a place where you order parts from, maybe they can help you. If you're looking for a place that sells parts through their website at decent prices, you might try
http://www.ahmotor.com and maybe they could send you copies of the parts pages for the ITR. Another place that sells parts through their website is
http://www.acuraautomotiveparts.org/ and on their website you can see the exploded diagrams of all the assemblies, etc. Only problem is that they don't show the Honda part number, only their own internal part number.
