The one thing I am disappointed with my car is that I bought it 11 months old (nov '99) & some of the bolt-ons were already installed, but not tuned. I'll never know what the car made stock.

I think it's highly worth doing a baseline before adding your bolt-ons. At least do a run from where you are at before adding more if you don't want to pull the header off. It gives you a feel for "bang-for-buck" & whether your $$ is well spent as you build any car.
