Can you post a pic of them? Sounds like they may be UKDM lights? As for the missing rear wiper, the previous owner probably deleted it for a cleaner look. A lot of ITR owners do this. I never used my rear wiper when I had it on anyway...so off it went. Saved me 3 whole lbs.
