SO TRUE. You pay for upgraded internals that don't matter that much with forced induction. I decided to supercharge my Type-R after I had owned it for a year. I loved the results, but I ended up paying for higher compression and hotter cams that didn't add much power. In fact the Type-R cams actually have more overlap than is good for a FI car. Some guys swap GSR cams into their supercharged Rs. I don't know how much a LSD costs, but the other upgrades like stabilizer bars and suspension can be added pretty cheaply to a GSR. The spoiler looks nice, but I don't think it adds much to performance. Same with the 5-lug wheels; I'm sure they are safer, but it takes a lot to tear loose a 4-lug wheel.
