Lets see . . .
the JDM Type-R has 200 PS which is equal to 197 HP. This means it has 2 hp more than the US Type-R. These 2 HP is a factor of the header, compression and a few other things.

If you are talking about the DC5R then nothing is compatible and we are not talking aout the same engines. If you are talking about a JDM DC2R then yes you can bolt the pistons in but there are better OEM options.
