Your best bet is to NOT get a vehicle w/ a salvaged title. Although, you can get a better car at the moment, down the road it will give you problems, especially if you're young. Look around for Gen II GSR's, they're cheap, reliable, and also pretty quick. Buying a salvaged car is like playing the lottery, you never know what may be wrong with it.
