A stock SS only runs 13.8s, so it's not too difficult to outperform that.

I agree, the revhard 2c will give you a good starting point to reach your goal and beyond. The 2c without tuning can give you up to +100whp above stock. Tuned, with bigger injectors the potential is increased. Once I get around to dyno tuning my set up I'll be sure to let you know.
