a/d/s/ is one division of what used to be adst, but is now under the umbrella of Directed. adst used to have three lines, a/d/s/, PPI, and Orion. a/d/s/ stands for Analog Digital Systems. You can find them at:

I'm a huge fan of thier gear, their amps are among the most versatile out there, as they range from 4-8 channels. One of their amps can easily power a whole system...don't let their power ratings fool you....I have a lot of experience with the current line, and I must say I'm impressed.

The IDQ is made by Image Dynamics, and no, you won't find drivers like these in your local Circuit City, etc....
