Many of us have been around so long that we can think of horror stories related to the ITR...but I think it's just because we've been around the ITR as long as we have, and I hesitate to even talk about these stories for fear that you're terrorise a seller.

As much as we love the ITR, the fact of the matter is that it is basically just a 200 HP Civic.

It's very reliable, and there's nothing in particular I can think of out of the ordinary that you should look for that would be in addition to common sense and the usual things you'd be looking for in a used car.

I'd worry more about bad accident repairs than any "problem" areas.
