i would go with stage 3 it's good for 300hp and I don't think u need anyting more then that unless u plan on running a crazy turbo setup also has a very nice feel that's what i bought for my R with the CM flywheel I was convinced after driving buddies JR S/C GS-R I loved it and got it not installed yet car in storage.
