Nah, don't waste your money, stick with the header you have, it's fine, but a test pipe would be nice....not to mention an intake.

AJ, I would say we get the biggest gains from a header on an R. At least more than with an intake and certainly an exhaust. AT least that has been my experience on a lightly modded R.
I'd say buy a JDM 4-1 Header/Testpipe (Or high flow cat), CAI of your choice (AEM or Icebox are my suggestions) and a VAFC. THen spend $100 and go tune.
