If it's a car you don't plan on driving on the street, Koni's are pretty good, but for the street, they seem a little harsh to me, and I ride around on a full set of race coilovers. For the street, I would look at a set of bilstein sports, they not only handle very well, but you can for like $30 have them valved any way you want. If you need some contact names at bilstein, let me know, we seem to deal with them a lot.

As I said, Koni makes a nice shock, but mainly for road racing, it seems the yellows for the street are very similat to smaking yourself in the face with a hammer every time you hit a bump.
