If you really want max power, I would stay away from Spoon and Mugen because they are very costly.

If you want OEM like mods that make more power than stock than go for the Spoon or Mugen.

I think you need a lot more researching because Mugen/Spoon are just names, don't get them just because they are "supposed" to be good.
