Funny you mention Endyn, because I'm just sending them a very large check for some work they just completed for me.

As far as heads go, your best to start of with a regular B16 head, which is anything starting in PR3 which is V-tech. They ussualy work better for porting and polishing, beccuase the head jobs on stock Type-R motors, are ussualy worse then just the stock B16A. Go figure.

Any way, as far as the bottom end goes, your better of getting a GSR or ITR bottom end, if your going to switch the sleeves, rods pistons, and all that any way, the only reason I wouldn't go B20 or LS is because it was never intended to go vtech.

As far as the car in the shop as little as possible, Larry at Endyn has had my motor for almost three months, there is at least a two month waiting list, so if your in a rush, your choosing the wrong shop, if you want it done right, then you should go to them. If you do, tell them AJ in south FLA sent you, they;ll hook you up. Good luck with it, when I get it back, i'll let you know how it went.
