judges are bastards they won't throw out anything... i suggest you hire an attorney. even though it seems stupid, i would rather be safe than sorry. after i took my speeding ticket to court, i talked to an attorny and he told me i should have hired someone, cause cops ALWAYS mess up on something. if you don't mention it then it will just go on your record. but its your choice:bigok:
