I have an accord V6 also and my best time at the track was 16.2 when I only had the exhaust. My friend has run a 15.9 with i/e. Preludes 5spds are around the 15.0-15.3 stock in the quarter mile. The market is very limited for our cars. A custom turbo would work although there's not much room for it. And secondly of course nitrous. Either of these should get you down to the low 15's.
