I have a 94 civic dx with a D15b7 in it. When I take off then shift in to second I start to hear this rattle. Third gear and fourth then fifth. When it under strain is when it is the loudest. Like when I am down around 3-4 RPM in Fifth gear. It sounds like it is coming from in the head area. But it only does it while I am moving. if I get out and rev the car while standing by the motor it sounds great no noise. Plus the car runs awsome doesnt burn oil. I can sit still and rev it as high as you want and it doent make the noise only when the car is under the strain of driving. Plus the lower the rpm the lower the slower the noise. But if the rpm is to low No noise if the gear is low. But as I go faster and the rpm goes up it gets lowder and faster then as soon as I get around 5500 it stops...Any Guesses?
