Yeah i live in cali, and swap arent illegal here. The turbo's are a little different, but still arent illegal if you get them dynoed, and turned up so that are carb legal. I mean, think about it, if turbos were illegal, would they sell stock cars with f/i? like the 03 cobra, or twin turboed supras.
