Thanks guys!, You are going to laugh at this one!...

I found the second fuse box with a fuse labled R/C Mirrors..."Jackpot!" I thought. pulled the fuse out...it was fine...so I unscrewed the plastic piece that holds the mirror controller and the power windows... pulled it out and wouldn't ya know it, the power mirror controller was UNPLUGGED! SO.. i plugged it back in, buttoned it up and everything works perfectly!

while i was under there looking at the fuses, I also noticed a blue box. The box is manufactured by TRW and has the following part number on it...38600-SV7-A12. I sent a part inquiry to TRW asking about whether it is the keyless entry module. Do any of you know? Thanks again, you guys have been a big help!
