I'm always agains H22 if u have a good F23 engine. Looking at power vs money a turbo F23 will smoke a NA H22. Both will cost about the same and with the H22 stock engine u are just at 200hp @ the fly and little torque. I have seen simple turbo setups on the F23 dyno at 200+whp and 200+torque. They actually showed more torque then hp which is light and day compared to the natural low Honda torque.
Boost the hell out of the F23 and later on when u have more money just up the boost until that engine dies and then possibly swap in the H22, but I would start with the perfectly good engine that u have in there now.
:werd: also the F23 block is forged, and if you do blow and engine you can pick up a slightly used F23 for $300-$500.
