I'd skip it for all of the reasons above.

If you want to save a bit of money, get a Max-Rev kit. It doesn't come with any fuel solutions but then the stuff which comes with these kits is usually worth replacing anyway. It has things like a nice Tial blowoff valve and wastegate, a good sized T3/TO4E 57 trim turbo, etc.

Then you need to get yourself a fuel pump (Holley part # 12-916), some injectors, and an electronic means of dialing it in (VAFC or Hondata).
