Thanks for your replies.... I called a dealership and they said that the keyless entry was an add on option. Soo... what I need to do is see if I can locate the keyless entry module on the vechicle, does anyone know where this may reside? Next pertaining to the mirrors, I opened the hood found a fuse box in the right side of the vehicle, and there are no fuses missing or blown. and everything that is labeled works correctly. Is there another fuse box on the vehicle? Otherwise i'm going to have to tear apart the door to get at the L-R switch.

There should be another fuse box, perhaps 2 more. On my 99 Accord there is also fuses in the driver side footwell - under the steering wheel, and also on the passenger side of the dash. When the door is open, you can see a small door in the side of the dash.
If all those fuses are in working order, then take off the little triangles on the inside of the front doors. Unplug the wiring harness to the mirrors. Take a multimeter (about $20 at an automotive store) and see if the harness is sending signals when you try and control the mirrors. If so, then check out the motors.
