The front one sits so low because there is very little space to mount it. It will still be exposed to the elements and road debris. As far as them getting dirty, they do but it doesnt really affect the lighting as far as i remember :thinking:

I ended up mounting the front one in my grill. I used black masking tape to mark off the areas where you could see the actual LED lights, blends in very well, and if you had wire mesh in your grille, you wouldn't see it anyways. I drive on quite a few gravel/shitty holes/etc roads, and although my car isn't lowered I've never had a problem. I do recommend using tie straps instead of the clips they give you.
