Ok i have a 95 GSR with around 160k milage kinda high and almsot 10 years old :P anyways i know the specs for the rev is about 7900 or so depending on the ware and tear well if i get near 7600 wich i dont often but i have gotten into that area i notice that my check engine light comes on almost like im over reving but i had my friend tail me no smoke comes out the tail and after this i go shut off the car and a second later i turn it back on and the cpu dose a quick check and the light is back off....

also another problem my check oil light... lol it comes on often but i jsut changed the oil... like 2 weeks ago correct oil and all did it myself. i check the dipstick nothing seems burnt or anything these two lights bother me alot it dosnt seem like anything wrong then other my ecu might be sending out false CEL and COL. dad (30+ year machanic) told me to not worry that there might be somethign wrong with the ecu but i want to see what you guys think of this.
