ok i'll make my own list for cheapness but will work:

-turbo internal wastegate
-manifold
-1G DSM bov
-DSM SMIC
-S-AFC or V-AFC
-Oil lines
-boost gauge
-a/f gauge or wideband is better
-custom chargepipes
-custom downpipe
-upgraded clutch

and yes 6-7 psi is decent.. and the h22 will hold it nicely.
