I'll try and use simpler language.
The aftermarket regulator and pump are not needed at this time, given the minor amount of modifications made to your motor. My suggestion to you is to buy a stock fuel rail, pump and regulator and revert back to a 100% stock fueling system.
In the long run, I'd do some serious research as to what kind of budget you have, what power level you want from your Integra, and to what degree you can risk having an engine give out on you. Then you can determine when or if the aftermarket fuel system mods will be appropriate.
