i was goin thru my honda performance book today just reading p on turbos for the 100th time to see if i missed anything, and i must have over read the F1 racecar part. according to the book, F1 race cars used turbo charged 1500cc engines that put out 1500 hp and more. and i was like 'HUH?" i read it again before i crapped my self and thats what it said. the book also said that the motors before this were deamed unsafe due to TO MUCH POWER. if this is true, all i can say is holy shit and wow. maybe everyone else knew this and i didnt but i think that is just amazing. i would love to take one of those things a part to see what lets them put out so much power, aside from the turbo.
