LX - probably no keyless. You can get that taken care of by having an alarm with keyless installed. That's what I have on my 99 LX.

Mirrors. I'd trouble shoot it...start with the fuses, then see if the motors are getting power by checking voltage at the wires than unplug from the mirrors. If so, the motors may be toast. The fact that both don't work make it sound like it may be something like a fuse or wiring. But if both don't work, you could buy new motors or new mirrors off ebay pretty reasonably.
