I sent him $500 via paypal on 2-17. He told me he was having his father ship the package on 2-19. He claims that his Dad works for USPS and was sending it insured with delivery confirmation.

I have sent him many emails at both his email addresses, as well as 10 PM's. He has ignored me the entire time since he got his cash.

I filed a claim with Paypal, they found it was his fault, but could only get $15.13

I need help ASAP! I will not loose this much money to a f'ing punk kid on the internet. I need some advice on how I can find him, and where I can go to get more help bringing this kid to justice.

I know he still visits the forums. His profile says so. He was very active before this happened so chances are he has a new name as well.
