Unless you need snow traction, you might as well get a summer tire. Pretty much all of them are designed to go through both dry and rainy conditions (with the exception of a select few dry-oriented models). The only thing that makes a tire "all season" is that it has a mud & snow rating.
I have these and I really like them. They have had good wear of about 15,000 miles and are relatively quiet and have pretty good handling. My car doesnt see any snow so i dont know if they are good for snow. Not bad in rain though and tirerack.com has had favorible reviews and tests of them. I couldnt pull good 60 foots on them though as you can see in my sig. Although this is mostly due to my inablility to drive. I run 205/50/15 size and they really dont stick out at all. My friend that has the same size azenis's on his si, noticed that his really stick out. Overall i give the tires a 8.5 out of 10. Not a bad tire.
