That happens at Summit in Turn 8 all the time. The only way to get past cars with a lot more horses is to be on their tails through the Carousel, and then have a high gear run on them by the middle of 8.
They pretty much
have to let you by, but if you're in a group that requires a point-by, there's a scary one second wait for them to realise there's no holding you back.
