My H22 after swap and with only intake and exhaust I put 420 miles a tank on the freeway and was averaging 380 in mostly around town driving.
Fully built I am averaging 340-360 miles a tank in local driving and close to 400 in freeway. My main loss as you can see was in my city mpg but not enough to make me cry about it.
