Just break them in right and you should be good, rotor 'glaze' is actually a very severe form of brake fade. Happens when you don't break them in correctly and you jam on the brakes to a complete stop or something extreme, the heat actually causes the resin to break down then reform (to a hard slick surface) and this doesn't grip well, thus brake fade will happen more.
