As for the exhaust your header is more than sufficient but if the exhaust is designed to bolt up to the stock catalytic converter it might be a restriction on that much of a highly built motor. Which model 5Zigen exhaust do you have?
I am currently using the 5Zigen Fireball full ceramic exhaust system. So no cat back...

BTW, the JUN III cams would be my first choice now following your advise, in this case, would i need to alter the ECU/Chip...i already have an aftermarket chip in the GSR ECU plus the APEXi VAFC Controller...is this sufficient?...would i need to change the pistons?..if so, what would be the best and cost effective..some advice me on either the H22A or accord pistons...your advice is greatly appreciated ...thanks again...
