Why in the world did you replace all of that fuel stuff on what sounds like a car with just bolt ons? You are probably running rich when you floor it breifly. There is no need for all of those parts and especially since the injectors can't utilize it.

Where are you getting all the parts suggestions? I read another post and as mentioned pulleys are a gimick for the most part.

I'd take a step back and regroup on what you have done and what you want to accomplish. For a basic modified integra an Intake, JDM Header (2.5" collector), 2.5" exhaust (63mm at the very least) and good fuel management are you best directions. From there cams might be a good direction but with a GS forced induction will be a better bang for the buck.
