Hmm, it's possible you could stroke a B16 using a B18 crank and rods but I'm not sure on that one.

What kind of transmission you use is dictated by what kind of clutch pedal the car you're putting it into has. If you have a '92-up Civic or '94-up Integra you want a hydraulic, otherwise you want a cable.

Also there are two sizes of B-series flywheels and clutches. The '88-'91 cable transmissions use one set of partsl; the '92-'93 cable and '92-up hydraulic all use the same stuff.
