why not just put a head on it...you can either do a b16b, b18c, or b18c5 head. Each of these are vtec, and will significantly effect your current horsepower. I would go with either a b16 or b18c due to the fact that you will still be a to use the same intake manifold. The pulleys, I'm not sure. If mrfatbooty says they're sh*t, i would listen to him. He seems to know a lot about this type of thing. Of course when you introduce vtec to your setup, you will need to get your oil lines run. If you go to a good shop they will know what to do.
