I have the H&R sports with Koni adjustable shocks. I used the H&R's with my stock shocks for about 30k miles though, no problems, but better performance with the performance shocks.

Like said above, the ride is more firm, but not punishing by any means. If ride comfort is your priority, like Eklypse said, might want to look at pro-kits. I hear they ride similiar to stock if that's what you are looking for.
