t rated tires are stable up to 118mph. next ratings up are H (130mph) and V (149mph). your Si came with V rated tires. even if you never drive past 118mph, it's one of those "just in case" things, because the car is capable of ~130mph.

a lot of people go with 205/50/15 on stock 15x6 rims. i think it's a little ugly though, the sidewalls look like balloons.
