Keep in mind that plain Koni Sport shocks will be good, but Neuspeed-modified Koni shocks with SP3 in the part number are better. They're the ones that are shorter than stock and revalved, like I mentioned before. The best price I've seen on them are $510 for the set from tornactive.com. GC coilovers to work with Koni shocks are usually about $339 from any number of places.

Dunno if they ship to Canada but hey, I'm not in Canada so I don't check into those kind of things.

As for installing them it is possible for a shadetree mechanic to do so. It takes a few hand tools, a couple jack stands, a spring compressor, and preferably a buddy who you have enticed to help you buy getting a case of beer.
