the biggest difference between the neon r/t and srt-4 is the turbo motor (srt-4), but there are a few other differences too. the r/t doesn't have as many options (stripped down for weight, less sound deadening too), and I think slightly more agressive suspension than the srt-4... not sure on that though. The r/t was designed as an autocross competition entry-level car, so its got less fluff and more legitimate hardware, but has the regular non-turbocharged dohc engine. The srt-4 is very similar, but with a little more fluff, and a boatload more power. If you haven't driven an srt-4 yet, I highly reccomend it... fun as hell
