you can reset it with a key... they normaly reset it when you get an oil change then it will go to yellow and then red... when its time to redo your oil.. i have never checked but i would guess its around 3k miles
I think I remember reading somewhere that red changes at 7,500 miles, I would guess that yellow changes at 3,000 because that seems to be an important mileage... guess I will look around some more.
