My Integra and Bump Steer
After I put the Gewalts on, I lowered my car the most I could without excessively rubbing the fender lips. Of course this makes for a great looking ride height stance, but on the downside, it also requires me to get an alignment (I'll be doing it myself in 2 weeks at school), and throws off my corner weight settings (which i'll also be getting re-done within 30 days).
Anyway, after doing all these modifications to my suspension setup, I've noticed a BIG amount of slow speed (less than 25 mph, but mainly less than 10mph) bumpsteer, especially on those pesky intersections where buses and big rigs cause those little 2-5 inch hills in the asphalt.
Of course, the obvious solution is to "get an alignment", and i'm fully aware of that, but there can also be other causes to the increased bump steer. What do you guys think can be done?
